Body Dysmorphia=
Are there parts of your body that you don’t like, hate, or feel are deformed?
Do you spend time thinking about, covering, fixing, or picking at these parts you don’t like?
Talk to someone you trust, ask them to honestly tell you if they see these faults the way you do?
Try self-talk, telling yourself what your safe person said to you. Try to look for the positive outlook in your traits that your safe person described.
If these things do not help, seek professional counseling.
Imposter Syndrome=
From the description of the types of Imposter Syndrome in the podcast, which type do you identify with?
What positive traits can you list about yourself? (Such as things you are good at, your intelligence level, and your work ethic.)
Talk to someone you trust and ask them to tell you what positive traits they see in you.

Physical health issues can be caused by many things out of our control. However, if you recognize that you have experienced childhood trauma, it is important to let your doctor know so that they can guide you in how to treat your illnesses and help you find emotional and mental health so that your physical ailments may be reversed or improved.
